This bed was a gift, and included a very thought-out gift message. When this was delivered, that message wasn't included, or even who it was from. I was very disappointed that the message was lost and the surprise of who the gift was from was spoiled.

The package came a day later then it was supposed to and when called shipper they were not open on Mondays or Sundays to redeliver so we had to wait three more days in order to get our delivery.

I have not received my product as of yet. I am annoyed no one told me when i ordered the car seat cover and got billed for it the same day that It was on back order. My phone #is 631 4272746 please call to tell me when it is coming

The box was destroyed when I received the item. There was no packing material inside the box and half the box was crushed. The carseat was not damaged, but made a bad first impression of the company. I will however buy again if needed.

great product but my wife likes to roll over during sleep so she has problems with the pillow when she moves around but it is extremely comfortable

I was very impressed with how quickly my order arrived as coming from the United States to Canada can sometimes cause a delay. I will definately keep BabyAge in mind when I am looking for children's products.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed with which my daugther received the package! It is the perfect size for my little grand daughter. May I also add it was by far less expensive than others I have found.
