I love the patterns, but the lines on the polar bear could be a little thinner for better accuracy when cutting.

It should not take 13 days or 10 business days to receive your order. It never has in the past.

Order arrived late. When order was recieved there was a message in the box that one item was no longer available. What the hell kind of customer service is that? Other products arrived OK.
