Very pleased with product and customer service. UPS fault that order was late not Eagle Optics. Eagle Optics offered quick response to my request for assistance and follow-up.

The only issues were with UPS. Eagle Optics handled them very well, but I would hope that EO can develop a better working relationship with UPS, or begin using a competitor.

I thought the website made it clear that the purchase would arrive by xmas if I ordered it by a particular date and paid for a particular type of transportation. Instead, it didn't arrive until Dec. 29. Not a big deal, but mildly annoying.
