NO complaints! Delivery time exceeded my expectations. The piece I selected is fantastic! I'm totally happy with all aspects of my purchase experience! Why shop anywhere else, I'll definitely return for all my travel needs.

Please seperate orders for tracking if they are coming in at different times.Tracking showed both items delivered, but one came later.

shipment was missing the tsa luggage lock as described on the net page. I contacted customer service and the said they would E-Mail the supplier. No lock to date

Initial umbrellas ordered were both damaged. Received return information & made a query with customer service. Their quick response was not to return the damaged items. New items were received soon thereafter. Undamaged & met expectations.

I had wanted a Blue Samsonite Ostershell and only purple was available. I guess i will be able to see it easily at the airport.
