The superior cookware for ceramic top stoves! My "wok" arrived with a chip. My second experience with CS was as satisfactory as the first. My pan will be replaced with ease.

The only problem was the glass lid has several scratches in it.

i order my scanpan set an insert and a crepe pan. I received everything but my crepe pan. I and waiting for it. I contacted the seller Alan who said he was going to look into the the item. I ordered two items, one of which was out of stock. I was told the other would ship right away but never did. I had to follow up twice more about the in stock item, and was then told it would come with the out of stock, since if they took it out of queu my place in line for the items would start over and it would take even longer. item shipped a week after my card was charged, yes it id Christmas but why would the I be charged so soon? I also wasn't told what my shipping number was, but I figured it out, and was able to track the packge through fedex
