The fishing waders were fine but for one minor item. They hed what appeared to be dog hair on them. I'm not squemish but I'd prefer to be the first to use these boots. Somebody's dog beat me to them.

Great selection of items. The jacket I ordered looked great, but it was too lightweight for my needs so I unfortunately need to return it. I've ordered from Bob Wards before and will do so again.

Overall, a good website. Easy to order, but you shouldn't require the customer to provide the three digit (Visa) security code on the back of the card.

After placing my order I was called two days later to be told the item was no longer available. When I upgraded my order to the next more expensive item they would not provide any discount for my inconvienence, or reduce the shipping cost.

If the product was not available, I should have known that at the time I ordered it. Why do you have a computer if it is not hooked to a system that can track inventory?

I initially bought a jacket that apparentely was out of stock. I didn`t get that item and my bought was a bit delayed

I placed my order for just one item on a Sat (9/6/)& finally received it Monday 9/15. I'm used to faster service from Sierra Trading Post. I am happy with the jacket & it did arrive the day before I'm leaving for vacation, so everything turned out ok.
