This is my first time ordering from Rod's and am very satisfied with my item. Ordering was easy online and the follow up emails made were convenient to track my order. Rod's shipped promptly and I received my item in just 3 days.

I purchased an item for my daughters birthday...rec'd tracking info it had been sent, but she never rec'd it...later I called rods & it had never been shipped out - they were out of the item. but no one bothered to let me know....

The Christmas gift wrapping looks a little unprofessional, the tape was very noticable and I think that the bows are somewhat cheap looking.

I really like the products you have; however, I do not buy very much because the prices are so high. I would buy a LOT more if prices were cheaper.

I ordered my product on Friday morning. I needed a Saturday delivery I am upset that I paid for 1 day delivery and Friday order----Sat, Sun, Mon delivery IS NOT 1 day. Fed Ex / UPS and US Postmaster all deliver on Saturday!
