Unfortunately, I unknowingly ordered the wrong part. I returned the items for credit to the correct items. Have not yet received replacement items.

I placed my order for an outside temp gauge and sending unit and paid $4.99 to recieve it in 3-5 business days. I have received the mount and the gauge and sending unit are not avalible to ship until next week. Please credit my account $4.99.

One item arrived defective. I sent an e-mail of explanation and received a phone call THAT DAY with a resolution. I was impressed. Fast and customer service oriented.

the items were 2 days past the expected date. there was a defect in the plastic. it appeared that something had been written on the face of the plastic. i attempted to remove it with cleaner but was unable to.
