the delivery time was kind long and either fed-ex or usps should have delivered the package from the shipper. Everything looks fine but the package the item came in looked like it was tampered with.

It was a little hard to comunicate over email , but once on the phone it was very quick and easy.

It appears the product is not working correctly because the indoor and outdoor temperature readings are 5 degrees (F) apart when outdoor sensor and the indoor sensor are in the same room.

The item was listed by FED EX a delivery date of 11-16, they delivered the item to a post office over 200 miles away where I guess it sat for a week! I attempted to contact CARParts.com on line however the site just gave an "error on page" message.

Your service is fine and I understand that you can't possibly have everything in stock to ship right away. My order was shipped prior to the promise date and was recieved. It's not your fault the manufacturer of this part mis-represented the part.
