I was disappointed because I ordered this item in July and did not receive it until October. I tried over and over for a response from them by Live Chat and by E-mail. My order #686602 was received on time but only one came their was two ordered. Called and got support they said they emailed company and asked them to send me another light.

After waiting 3 weeks, learned my order had not been submitted because your contract requires minimum # of lamps to be ordered. Very disappointed so cancelled my order. Received refund, but $30 less than I paid because of the exchange rate.

I am stillmwaiting verification of my refund for nonavailable product whose status was not known for 10 days after ordering a product that stated available on line at the time of ordering.ATG was courteous but not aware of the status of my order.

The product - Trans Globe Antique Brass Two-light exterior celiling fixture part# 4902-AB had a broken piece of glass and the housing is all bent up. Very disappointed in the product. It's not worth the effort or time for me to send back.
