Company did not adequately communicate thier holiday closure dates, the tracking number they sent never worked, and they forgot to include the tracking URL in thier email. The package arrived two days later than expected.

I had a tight schedule on receiving the ring. I expressed my concern to customer service because the item was back-ordered. They were able to meet my requirements as if the item was never back-ordered. Thank you very much!

I ordered on thrusday and expected to arrive by Saturday - I called the customer service number - they were closed. On monday, I called and got UPS tracking number (they should have included it in my order reciept). It arrived Monday afternoon.
