ordered an above ground pool light. It was not as bright as the add lead me to beleive

The first helper lost his patience with me because I didn't know how to take a picture and send it to him. I used live chat. He also didn't know where I would find the part # on the Hayward Dial-a-flo.

Called prior to placing order. Specifically asked about an item. I was assured it was correct. It was not. I felt the support staff who took this call was in a hurry to get me off the phone and not interested in answering my question.

when we received the pressure guage and installed it the pressure on the guage starts at 5 lbs of pressure. Cannot get accurate reading of pressure on the sand filter.

Products advertised are bait and switch ... ordered an item, received a different item ... Must now return items for refund because company will NOT deliver on what was ordered even though they have the product.
