After waiting a week, I contacted Allegro, by email and phone, after 2 emails, a confirmation that my item did not as yet ship, 3 more days of unsucessful contact, my order arrived unexpectedly. The tracking number I was given did not work.

Service is excellent however it takes too long from time of order until product is delivered. Also when product is on backorder it is no automatically sent out, must be reordered

I find the web order page very irritating. Looking up product, ordering it is very time consuming. So much product is out of stock. Have to call to receive demo's. The last order took 2 days longer than it should have. Sales rep is wonderful.

It would be easier to find or recognize any cd if the they were classified by composers. On the bill I received, the items were identified by the name of the works. If you don't give composer's names, it's very hard to know what it is.
