I entered incorrect prescription data. ReplacemyContacts.com discovered the error when they called my eye doctor. They corrected the mistake and still managed to ship my contacts in time for me to receive them EARLIER than expected. I'm quite pleased!

Replace My Contact.com had the best pricing of all internet sales. When I realized I had submitted the eye glass RX info and not the contact Rx info, I contacted them by phone and they were extremely responsive.

I misunderstood the user name I was supposed to use when I logged in, so I contacted customer support and the lady I spoke with was super nice and helpful. She even checked the status of my order for me. Contacts were shipped quickly. Highly recommended!
