Re: Moen faucet. The website & picture showed faucet with handles. The product came without handle inserts. After 2 e-mails, CS finally responded that the faucet comes without inserts. No suggestions where to get them. Misleading. I still need inserts.

I received the wrong item on Thur. and called to get customer service to correct the problem. I was told it would be corrected but it would have to be mailed as normal.
