The Aion guide didn't include anything about leveling in little time, it was too general. Most of the pages were filled with useless informations. I'm not likely to purchase a guide again from them unless they upgrade this one.

I ordered the complete Aion guide package and the 2 classes I play are not updated and the one is not even available for download which makes it pretty much useless. I'm hoping for updates but would have liked to know this before purchasing.

I bought this thinking it was comprehensive and would teach me secrets to make enough money so I wouldn't struggle in Aion. It's useless if you're an Asmodian and the information that was included so far, I already figured out on my own.

Their availability for contact. All depts have the same email address and there is no other way to contact when there is a problem. Also it took them 3 days to respond

I'm unhappy. It has some useful info but its not compelling breakthrough of information. Maybe the class spscific guides are better for helping me power level but I don't think I am willing to pay for it at the risk I will be unhappy with those as well.
