The item was delivered in a box that was totally destroyed. There is damage to the product. I will be returning for a replacement item

The pet carrier is just what we wanted to take our dog with us on airplane trips... And the price was very fair

The solvit car seat I received was scuffed up and had a small rip on the front. It looked like this item had been sold and attempted to be re-packaged. I was so happy with the item that I ordered anther one, unfortunitly they were now on back order. I had compared prices with other companies and Dog beds and crates were avarage 15.00 cheaper that competeters! with shipping it was 23.00 more at other companies. Great job keeping your prices down!

The pictures/description online, and on the product tags received, show that the crate was to be purple and so that's what I wanted/exptected. Purple is my favorite color and so I thought it was the perfect thing. Don't take me wrong, I do not plan on returning it, I just expected to receive purple instead of blue since that is what's shown.

We found that we needed more then the product had to offer for visability. Overall I leked the company and will propably use again if needed.

The gate exceeded my expectations. I didn't need to put holes in my new home's walls. It matches my hard wood. Love it!!!!

I originally bought this bed in a smaller size at PetSmart. I did not know I could buy it direct from you. When I was looking for a larger size, as my dog outgrew the first one, I found your web-site. Your prices were much better. Thank you for the savings. The shipping time was great. I received the bed within just a few days.
