My product was a special order from a supplier which apparently got lost on the way to GPSDeals4U. I should have been notified of the delay without having to contact you myself as to the status.

I used Garmin.com for product info. Your site didn't offer enough detail to part with $620+ for the nuvi 850. This is OK by me, but may not be enough for buyers less familiar with web lookups.
