The accessories I ordered were gifts for employees. Since they had to be shipped to different addresses, the ordering process was quite onerous (each order had to be separate). Some of the items were not available and CS called to tell me.

I was very pleased with the merchandise received. I had a small problem which Travel Accessories (Eric) took care of immediately. The entire transaction was an excellent experience.

a little pricey..i tend to impulse buy and hate searching for stuff...good selection ...

The purse that I ordered was backordered and it was not delivered on time, I was very worried that it would not arrive in time for my trip, I was not informed that it was back ordered or that it would take longer to recieve my product, I had to contact customer services in order to get any information.

I needed to contact customer service because one of the items was missing a piece. (the Energy Cell for the cordless curling iron). While I was VERY happy with the delivery time; and the avialability to contact support; the answer was not too reassuring. I asked if they would send me what was missing. The response was: I will TRY to locate your order... More
