I still have not received my order. It has been charged to my card and it still had not shipped, I contacted customer service, was told it would ship that day or the next, which would have been the 4th or the 5th of Feb. I have heard nothing else.

The Haier HLP23E delivery took three weeks. I had to take the whole day off from work to wait for the FedEx driver. When I finally got the product it didn't work. I am now waiting for a repairman to come out. A less than satisfactory purchase experience.

Today is 01/28 and my order has not shipped out. No one has contacted me as to why there is a delay. Very disappointed!

HEC said that they would have the product shipped to you 1-3 days. I ordered my merchandise on the 10th of Jan. but did not receive it until the 27th. I didn't get a tracking number until 2 days before it arrived!

Item purchased was all I'd hoped for, but not getting it (when it was in stock)for 30 days was inexcusable; card chgd at time of order,tho shipped 21 days later. Won't order from HEC again.

I was promised shipping within three days and 12 days later, I was informed the product will be shipped the following day to arrive a week later. They should just inform the customer it will arrive in three weeks. Refund the shipping when that happens.

It is better to use whomever works best in a given locale to deliver product to customer. A month long delivery is just poor management.

The HLP21N washer is absolutely great! It washes well; spins dry enough.because the clothes are clean and it is much more sanitary than the laundry room.and it come with wheels!!Excellent service fast shipping great price.
