i need to hear back about a gouge in the washer/dryer i bought, but overall, i am very pleased with the unit.... i plan to purchase another item from home elegance if i can find it online

Everything is good, except please send tracking number on time. I got my item almost at the same time with your tracking number.

Home Elegance makes it very easy to order on line. They keep you updated on what you have ordered and when I spoke with a sale associate regarding some questions I had, they were very helpful.

Since I have not received my items, I can not comment on anything other than that when I contacted Home Elegance, they informed me that the items will usually ship at different time (washer and dryer).

The product I ordered was listed as "usually ships in 2-3 days", it arrived almost 2 weeks later. The status showed as processing until a day or two after the arrival of the product, I did not know the delivery date in advance.
