We purchase toner cartridges for 9,SPC210 Ricoh Color Laser printer and 2,BP20N Ricoh Black Laser printers from TechOnWeb. Why is the price continually going up? Please call me at 602-288-9464. Thank you so much!

Some of the boxes were damaged during delivery, but the 42" rolls of plotter paper were undamaged. I didn't order expensive paper in this order, but I will have to be very careful about checkiing the condition of future shipments.

My reasons why I am upset with TechOnWeb. 1. Order should be charged to credit card IMMEDIATELY like all other shops on the internet. Not four days later. 2. Would not allow order to be shipped UPS to alternate shipping address. This causes MAJOR delay to me. Yet my alternate shipping address has been used for 15 years since its UPS HOLD FOR PICKUP. My only complaint is that I had to keep checking to see when my order was shipped. It seemed to take about 4-5 days before it actually shipped out and I was hoping for a faster turnaround.

I wasn't happy that the delivery service. I didn't pay for it to be delivered to a near by store, I paid for it to be delivered to my home. Also, one printer works and the other one does not.

i did not like that i had to wait till i sent copies of my dl and credit card before they shipped the order, even after credit card company had verified it

I have not received my sourround sound yet & it was supposed to be here in 5 days. I have tracked it and it departed Bloomington Cal. on Dec.19 @ 7:29AM and that is it.

The product was delivered on time and in excellent condition. (Signature required)was published as part of information from the supplier. Would definitly order from this site again.
