I was very pleased with the customer service at Baby Banz, as well as the products I ordered. The only negative that I experienced was that I did not receive one of the swimsuits I ordered with the rest of my order, but they got it to me ASAP! Thanks!!!

I think I wrote this before ... but $11 in shipping for pokey UPS nearly-two-weeks delivery for a box weighing less than one pound seems pretty steep -- and this will certainly be a factor in future purchases.
