Order was delivered exactly a week late...even after I was assured that it would reach me on time! Price was good however.

Product supposedly in-stock and deliverable within 1-2 days took four weeks. When the units arrived the 15k BTU outdoor unit was in an open box, and the 2 wired remotes I ordered were missing from the package. Currently this is unresolved.

Pkg received with box damaged fromimpact of some sort during delivery. We're bldg a guest house and have'nt yet installed. Contents appear not to be damaged, but we have't had chance to test. Will be in touch when we've tested unit.

my order came in good shape, one day late since they missed putting it on the truck the day it was supposed to be shipped

Ordeing the Space Pak air conditioning unit was very easy because we had excellent help and response from Mr. Victor of Comfort USA.
