Order arrived quickly but no tracking information was avaliable online. The dress was beautiful and good quality but unfortunately the matching princess hat has been out of stock for well over a month. Very pleased overall.

I do not feel my order arrived in a timely manner. I do not feel the company's leave/send a message policy is customer friendly. Order placed Sept 19 did not arrive until Oct. 7. It is doubtful I will use this company in the future.

I am not happy with the princess dress because the inside waist seam wasn't finished enough and is very scratchy. The granddaughters didn't like it. Not enough value for the price.
