My tracking number didn't work. The package arrived the same day as I received the tracking number email. The package was shipped through a different carrier.

Not the fault that I did not receive the items within a reasonable time...it is the availability from the vendor...Legacy Brass.

Part of the product I ordered was incorrect, I was charged a 25% restocking fee on the order this was replacing. We all make mistakes, I think the original restocking charge is a big mistake in this economy.

It took quite awhile from the date I ordered the products until they were actually shipped out by DecoW. That was disappointing. And when I received the products today, I wasn't please with the quality of the spray bottle of the marble countertop cleaner. I haven't used it yet but the squeeze top is very flimsy plastic.
