ITEM WAS NOT RECIEVED ON TIME. MY SHIPPING FEE WAS CREDITED THANKS TO A VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.

I have to contact them on a bi-weekly basis just to get a run around. they keep on telling me they should be receiving them shortly. On the net they said they had them "in stock" It's going to be 1 month in a few days. I will be cancelling this order if I do not receieve a UPS tracking number by the time I get my charge card statement. never... More

I am in the retail supply business myself and I never let more than one day lapse between order and shipping. This is my only concern with Plumbing Goods.

the only order tracking provided was UPS about 2 days prior to delivery.

I was unable to determine if my order was received on time, because I was not given any tracking information from Plumbing Goods.Email I received confirming my order had shipped did not detail that the order was shipped incomplete.

2 Weeks and still have not seen the sinks my company ordered. i have called Yellow frieght 3 times, they indicate that the sinks are loading on the dock, what does that mean? how can they be loading sinks for 1 week?
