your product's quality is great. However, with 3-day select, it could and should (and indeed) got here on 8/15. However, for some reason, UPS did not deliver until late 8/18. So a bit late

The sneakers are too small and too high, very uncomfortable.

When I got the shoes the left foot insert was not glued in right at the toe. I had to pry it out and try to smooth it in properly. The tongue of the shoes are not wide enough at the top.

There were a few products they did nt have in my size-u.s. size 9 0r 9.5. I would have bought more if they had this

the shoes are fine. but I need it to be wider, so I had to order one size up to make it fit.
