I received my order recently & one of the product came in with spillage as the cap wasn't closed properly. I immediately sent an email to advise the damage, instead of providing a solution,i was told to contact customer service by phone?!
I ordered products and received am email that there was a backorder of some of them. I was also to get a free gift that was then unavailable. I was given samples to replace the free gift.
Product ordered was out-of-stock. E-mail promised bonus gift for lateness. Product arrived late without bonus gift. Order was over $120 and elgible for tube of leg cream. Tube so tiny that it was almost tossed with the package wrap.
One item was temporarily out of stock.I wish they would mark on the website when an item is out of stock. I would have waited to order the out of stock item for another time instead of having my whole order held up for one item.
The product arrived fairly late. Some of it was due to the product being on back order and partly due to a snow storm which they obviously could not control. Overall I was happy with the delivery of the product. I did receive conflicting information in one of the email updates on the shipment's delivery. That is why I contacted customer service.
