I checked UPS tracking & was unable to ascertain where my order was; I e-mailed & asked where it was. The e-mail reply was infuriating; it simply stated what I already knew & did not answer my question. I then called cust. srvc and got some answers.

using usps.com to track the status of the order was pointless because the information was never updated to reflect that it had even left Canada to get to me. I even began contemplating what a headache it was going to be to have to file a claim if I never recieved my product because I never knew where it was at any point during the shipping/delivery process... More

When I received my skin products,a little amount of the cream has got out the container... The inside of the box was dirty even if the packaging was intact. The price of these products make every drip important!

It was a little bit difficult to navigate and use the search engine to get what product I wanted. The first product that I wanted I couldn't find on your website. Overall I was very pleased with my purchase!
