The speaker design is very good and the quality is excellent. I have not installed them in their permanent locations yet but the sound was very good in the temporary locations.

The speakers I puchased would shipped overseas. When I use the speaker then I would be to evaluate the performance.

I emailed your customer service a couple of days ago about returning one the LCR speakers because it arrived with all the speaker grill clips broken off. No one has responded to my request for a RMA either by phone or by email!

the mechanics of the sale went fine. i realize the price is low, but the audio qaulity does not match the rave customer reviews or the claim to outperform some other brands. Tweeters very hot and tinny, midranges seem never to really get in the game.
