The Gator Country Store took customer satisfaction to a new level. Like in the old days they are genuinely concerned about the customer, and do everything they can to insure they have met customer expectations.

I called the gator store to find out about magazines and was glad I could order an older issue. the lady I spoke with was very helpful and she said if i ordered over the internet that morning, she would get the order in the mail that day, and she did.

My order from 11/19 was not rec'd until 11/30. I rec'd two e-mails requesting a response. I phoned a NICE lady who said that they held my order until they rec'd Tim's magazine. They shipped my order on 11/28, NOT 11/19.

My gator store experience was great.The only thing that was "disappointing" to me was the fact that I had put my order in and the next day I had recieved an e-mail stating that I was unable to recieve one of the items that I had ordered.Overall pleased:)

I would like to see more items for the tween age group 6-11. I did find a cheerleader outfit for my grandaughter however. Shopping was easy.
