My daughter is pleased with the Tell Me More program~~However,the headphones that came with the program would not pick up her responses or those of my husband so we had to go buy another headphone to use which works much better.

I bought the 10lvl Spanish and I was not happy. You should be able to begin without prior knowledge, this is definately not the case. It was like I was beginning in the middle. This Spanish course is tailored for Spain & Europe and not for Latin America.

The acceptance of credit/debit card alternative shipping versus billing would be nice to have resolved. Either that or provide shipping to PO Boxes. Perhaps add Paypal as a payment method.

it takes a bit longer to get to Canada and particularly places outside of big cities, which of course is to be expected. Everybody was great that i connnected with. Am confident that will continue.
