I was having a microphone problem and went online. The lady was prompt, friendly, and had 2 suggestions for me to try. Neither seemed to work. However, I will be contacting Tell Me More again because I want to use the program.

In order to track the shipping I guess you needed to establish an account first prior to placing the order. I wasn't able to check the status but my product arrived on time. So no worries

I found the program to be difficult to navigate for the first time. It will probably be easier as time goes on, but it would have been helpful to have a manual that describes the different areas of the program in detail.

Shipping options were not clearly identified on the website. I would have preferred expedited shipping. However, standard UPS shipping was the only option for my online Rio Salado College order. Received order within 10 days.

This is a thorough program and may be as good as some of the others out there. It is too early to tell if this will be as good as the top of the line program that businesses use.

I had ordered the French Tell Me More and received the Spanish one. I wanted to learn Spanish also, so I kept that one. I would have rather received the one that I ordered though.

I was having trouble loading on my computer. I called support and he said he would email me the correct way to reload if I would email him. Three hours later I emailed him that I was still waiting. I reloaded program and it will not work on my computer under admin either. It is just too dificult and I want a credit to my card. Thank you anyway, J.D. and... More
