The algaecide i purchased in apparently not too effective and has made little difference in the water quality. Is there something else you can suggest?

I did not recieve my order until 10/8/08. The reason I was given is because the shipping center in Kentucky did not have a broken case, so the were not to break a case to fill the order. What type of service do you really call this?

I was never told that there was a backorder and never apprised of when to expect the shipment. There was no indication on their website that my order was still in place but backordered. It would be nice to know this. No communication in response to email.

I just found out by calling after getting this survey to inquire why i have not gotten my order and it was back ordered and no one contacted me. I have been looking for the order everyday only to find it has not been shipped yet!
