They are the wrong bulbs, and I sure thought they'd be right from the information I read on the website. I don't see the point in paying shipping to return them, so I'll probably just keep them and use them where I can. I ordered them for a wolf hood that needs 50 watt par 30 bulbs and these are too big.

I went to four stores locally and then looked online for this replacement bulb. If I couldn't find a replacement bulb, I would have had to throw my existing lamp out and buy another lamp. They were the only store that had the light bulb I needed. I was so happy to have found them.

shipping and handling was too expensive; however your site was the only place I could find the bulb I needed

Light bulbs were received on-time, but end pins were too damaged to be of any use. Just contacted customer support by e-mail. Waiting to see if problem will be resolved.

Customer service was not sure of the difference between fluorescent soft white (Sylvania) and kichen bath white (GE). I'm still not sure but the GE light is a better match to incandescent.
