Thanks for the help. I missed the confirmation call from your staff, an sms number to contact them on, to ask them to call back, would have saved me an international call on my mobile.
I am very disappointed that it took 31/2 days from your email confirming the booking, to you writing to say the flight had not in fact been booked. In the meantime I had made arrangements based on the confirmed flights. The delay has cost me over $400.
happy with purchase and price. jsut so much paper work. too many surveys. I was promised a prize to fiil in last survey, yet reieved nothing. This will be the last time i will fill in a survey when i make a purchase.
Contacted CS to request input of seat request. Agent took over 15 minutes to finally tell me she couldn't do it. I used the live chat function...and it seemed like she was having 5 other conversations at the time...and couldn't focus on me.
My comment is my disappointment in the fact that I was thoroughly watching and tracking your site for 2 weeks straight, day and night, to find the lowest fare and when I made my purchase last week, I signed back on at the beginning of this week to see that they dropped exactly $200. And I bought two tickets, so it was a loss of $400. I only wish there... More
