MY ITEM WAS SHIPPED ON 7/6.I DIDNT RECEIVE THIS ITEM AS OF 7/14 THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED IF I RECEIVED MY ORDER OR NOT. I HAVE EMAILED THEM NUMEREOUS TIMES ALL THEY DID WAS SUPPLY ME W/ A TRACKING NUMBER WHICH HAS NO INFORMATION ATTACHED TO IT.

Although I am happy with my purchase, the delay (11 days) in getting it to me was unacceptable. Customer service was TERRIBLE.
