The battery I rec'd was a lower AMP /HOUR capacity and was physically smaller. I had to shim up the battery so the contacts would reach.

Everything was good, although the battery was a little smaller in size than the one it replaced, but all the numbers and specs matched.

My experience was very positive. The item arrived within a week of purchase. I immedidately put the battery in my phone and it worked great. I am very satisified.

Great service, I was forced to call to find out the status of the order and a tracking number. But, the service was great and they gave me a tracking number pronto followed by an email.
