I'm always pleased with Drysdales. The only thing I would like to see changed is that the discount would show at check out; I never know if it's been deducted or not.

Tell Cindy to keep the shitty attitude to herself. Manage your dept and stay out of Customer Service. I made a mistake on a order number due to fact that there was no pic on the web page that I pulled. That was my fault, her customer skills are lacking.

I was emailed with delivery/ backorder until 10-15-08. then got an email to fill this survey out. and just yesterday 9-29-08 i recieved my boots. Very undecisive information. i do love my boots though.
