i would have continued with my purchase but it wasnt in stock and i needed it for a birthday so i wouldnt have gotten it in time because it was on back order for about a month

I was deighted that I eventually found an online store that would sell me Zildjian cymbals. I was told how long they would take to be delivered and the timescales were met. The only organisation that I was disappointed in was the UK based Parcelforce, who need to bring servic elevels up to 21st century standards

West Coast Drum Center meets and surpasses my expectations. They did not waste any time in notifying me if an issue came up which did not meet the agreement of the order. Hats off to WCDC. Will shop again.

There have to be another way to send the credit card, the fax is really a problem...I thought the snare drum will come in a case, but it did not
