I ordered a Lodge stir fry pan with skillet handle as pictured in on line catalog. I received a Lodge wok with two loop handles. I kept the wok because customer service could not provide the pan that was pictured in catalog.

I'm happy with my order, except it took 2 weeks to deliver. That is too long! Usually, I get my orders 7-10 days.

I rcvd a confirmation saying that everything I ordered was in stock & after that email, I rcvd two other emails saying thatit was backordered. They charged my credit card without sending out the merchandise. I cancelled my order & asked for a credit.

The photo of the washboard on your website was NOT representative of the product I recieved. I did not expect much for $6.99 but I still feel that the product was VERY over priced. IMHO you just just be more honest about the product description.
