I was disappointed that the part needed was not in stock. However I was pleased that it would be available. Even though it took about 9 weeks for delivery Climate Control Systems let me know fairly accurately when I could expect delivery.

We found your website user friendly, this is our second purchase from climate control in a short period. Our delivery was received timely as promised even though it was the holiday season. We will definitey use this site again and recommend it to anyone who needs parts for their pellet stove.

one other item i need and you do not have it on the site and I am not sure where to find it there is a metal liner in the firebox that makes it look like a brick facade that is the only other item i need to repalce if you know where let me know thatnks

I contacted them by email to ask if the product was available since I hadnt heard about my order for a week, but never got a response to my email. I just got confirmation that the part had been shipped.(answered my question, but I felt ignored)

I have hear nothing from climate control about my order. I have sent two follow up emails and still have heard nothing. I have never had such problems with any company I have orderd from on-line.
