When order placed item was "In Stock, Guarant'd Xmas Delvy". 3 days after order placed, recv'd email - Item status chg'd to "B/O from Mfr". Opport to cancel order, however partic item was what son wanted. NTS - Item not recv'd for Xmas. Recv'd 1/15/2010.

I ordered gift certificates for my 2 grandsons for Christmas and the method of exchanging cert. for products was a pain. We had to send explanation on how to get what they wanted.

The item I ordered was not in stock, customer support was fantastic in calling the manufacturer and getting the tracking information and follow-up telephone call to inform me of the process.
