The problem was with the selected shipping method, Fed-X ground. The order was messed up while being sorted by Fed-X. The online tracking is not very helpful through the shipper. By the time I receive my package it will be over ten days.

I was very happy with everything in this order: product, ease of ordering, timely delivery, and the fact that the company would request rating and feedback...it shows that they care.

I received my product, but the sizing seemed WAY off. My son wears a size 7 hat. I ordered a size 7 1/4 catchers helmet which he can barely squeeze onto his head. I called the customer support phone number but no one has returned my call.

My 10yr old is a rather large kid. The intermediate catcher's gear fit perfect, with room to grow!

WISH YOU HAD MORE PHITEN PRODUCTS OR SIMILAR IN JUST COLORS RATHER THAN TEAMS OTHER THAN THAT YOU WILL BE RECEIVEING ANOTHER ORDER FOR CATCHERS GEAR FROM A FRIEND OD MINE, AND ALSO DO YOU HAVE SOFTBALL GEAR TOO.
