I ordered an item that you said you had in stock and then followed up with all the proper e-mails verifying my order was to be delivered on time. You even sent me an e-mail asking me to respond to verify shipment of product, then a couple of days later you inform me that the product is on backorder and will be unavailable for me to purchase. Not acceptable... More

I did not receive all of my order but entire order was billed to my pay pal account. Customer service is looking into it..

Very pleased. Shipping was very fast and items came in good condition. Matter of fact I have placed another item for another product.
