My only complaint was that I was charged a shipping fee, even though the UPS charges were paid by my corporate account.

Webmaster just needs to check links to products on web pages. Difficult to find things sometimes and have to go round-about way to get to a product page.

Customer service was very helpful. But I was disappointed that the product I ordered came to me in the wrong color. I specified black and received brown. When I called about the problem I was informed that black was out of stock. I would have liked to know that when I ordered the item. Now I have paid shipping to my house and back along with a 20 minute... More

I purchased three bits - the Nathe duo Dee, a Happy Mouth mullen Dee and a Happy Mouth mullen loose ring. My order total was over $20 less than from another large tack supplier, the shipping was really reasonable and my bits arrived quickly.
