I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AS OF YET AND CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEM ON THHEIR E-MAIL WILL NOT GO THROUGH AND WILL NOT LET ME TYPE MESSAGE TO THEM

Customer service was excillent, products were as described, there was an issue with the shipping it took three weeks to get my products even though they were all in stock. Overall very pleased with my order.

2 of the hermit crabs burried and went into molt right away... Usually only happens when i buy from petstores who dont care for them well. I am concerned they waited too long and wont make the molt.

It took almost a month to receive them. I wasn't sure when they were to be delivered. No tracking number given either.
