I was very please with the ordering process and easy of completing my order on-line. However, it seemed like it took a considerable time to process my order and get it shipped.

this rack i bought said it would fit almost everycar. its doesnt fit mine and my girlfriend bought one and it doesnt fit her car either. and its difficult to install without help.

For your info the package was very poorly packaged and the rack had punctured holes through the box. We checked the rack and it did not, and was not damaged but thought you should know as it could very easily have been bent.
