The box arrived completely and utterly destroyed by UPs- thin cardboard. I am not sure if the costume was destroyed or not.

I had ordered a Buddy the Elf costume for Halloween. Although I was very pleased that it had came on monday afternoon when I ordered it the Friday afternoon before, I noticed it was missing a piece of the costume (belt).

My order was never shipped and I was not able to get a hold of anyone until the day I needed my costume. If I had been able to get through on the phone, they could have realized the error that was made and gotten the order sent out.

Messed up my order and had to pay express shipping for two different packages! Spent $40 for shipping! I will NEVER shop at Candy Apple Costumes again!!!
