The pond pump I ordered was very reasonably priced, and shipping was free which was wonderful! I was shocked and thrilled when it arrived only 2 days after ordering it! Awesome customer service!

it was easy shopping and the prices were the best i have yet seen i am very pleased and they also carried the products that i wanted which are rather hard to find

It was unsettling NOT to know before the order was complete whether it was eligible for free shipping. It felt like one could get scammed. It reduces trust. And when I inquired, the rersponse was a little less than courteous. You should fix this.

These two products that started out costing about $80 ended up costing double this amount with delivery, shipment, duty and whatever else.

The installation of the disappearing waterfall was relatively easy....aside from digging the basin and moving the rocks. Directions were simple and clear....except for setting up the weir....that was a bit confusing. All in all very good directions.
