Wonderful experience, the quality and styling of the flowers were first class. I appreciated the follow up on the tracking, Dela Flowers kept me informed where my order was from the time I ordered until it was delivered.

I sent an email and received a call back. I've called them back and left another message. The description of the item I ordered and what was delivered were not the same. The arangement we got was NOT worth the $75 I paid.

The flowers were for a funeral of a childhood friend - someone I have known for over 40 yrs - but her family reported that flowers were never received. A significant missed opportunity, and one that I am quite sadden about.

When it comes to delivering funeral flowers, it is very sensitive and the florist MUST get it right.

I did not like the arrangement that was delivered the first time. It was redone, delivered and then I went out and bought flowers to fix it. I was just sick of dealing with the florist that fulfilled the order. Bloomberry Florist in Wilmington, DE stinks!
