The plant mixture was beautiful but VERY different than what was pictured/ordered and MUCH smaller even than what it should have been before the upgrading.

I ordered lilies for my sisters 26th birthday because they are her favorite flower. I was very excited when they came on Sept. 23rd and they were so fragrant. Once the rest of the flowers started to open up the next day they were absolutely beautiful!!

The picture of the flowers was nothing like what we received...It was a lot smaller and I was very disappointed in the final result.

The plant I ordered was not what I wanted to the tune of $50.00 The picture did not match the item and it certainly was not what I wanted what a ripe off!

The roses wilted on the third day before they even fully opened. They were not in direct sun or a warm room. I feel they should have lasted longer and at least opened fully. My friend was disappointed in the roses.

The order was delivery on time and the receicer was very happy with the gift she called and said she felt like a queen.

I called left voice mails and sent an email and no one has yet to respond to a very basic question that I had. I wanted to makse sure that I did not place two orders beacuse I hit the order button twice by accident.

It was supposed to be a deluxe flower arrangement and the pictures my wife sent me certainly didn't look like a $70 flower arrangement. I used a $25 certificate I had, but could've gotten the same thing w/o the cert for same price elsewhere.
