I was very disappointed with this order. The arrangement was supposed to include a hurricane glass and pillar candle. At over $100 total cost this was very annoying. I will look on their website again to see where to complain.

I wanted to order two arrangements for my mother, online it wanted to charge two $12.95 deliveries. I tried to call and was told to leave number, waited 1 1/2 days to get a call back and finally placed an order for ONE arrangement.

The flowers were delivered to a funeral home, so I don't know if they were delivered on time.

The flowers arrived in ample time....some of them were starting to brown however, but overall it worked out.

DeLaFlowers really worked with me to complete my order in a timely manner so I could have it by my boyfriends birthday. They are very reasonably priced and I would pick them over 1800 flowers any day. My boyfriend absolutely loved the juniper bonsai.

I paid for a Friday delivery, but teh flowers did not get delivered until Saturday. I never received an e-mail from deLaFlowers advisign me that the delivery would be late, or an e-mail after the fact explaining and apologizing for the late delivery.

The packageing was unempressive. The other company we order from provided beautiful bows or ribbon.You provided an ugly sm.peice of paper string.Roses a bit wilted some edges.DHL just left them outside the door & I was home.Roses did open up nicely.
