I was very happy with this company. I am in the UK and my daughter is in New York. It is easy to choose a bouquet and the tracking is good, and my daughter was very happy with the results!

I ordered and paid for premium arrangement. The delivery was late in the evening and the arrangement was small not premium. I buy flowers every week. I cannot trust deLaFlowers to follow simple instructions and their promise for the money they charge.

The email asked me if I recieved my item? I was the sendee!!! I know it arrived but not sure if on the day I had specified or next day? I could have ordered the same item from several Florist but deLaFlowers.com was the best price.

My order was delivered on time and it was beautiful but the order was duplicated and delivered twice. I wrote to Customer Service and I'm waiting for them to confirm they only charged once for the order. I would appreciate confirmation.

I had ordered the upgraded version of the flowers, but I believe there were only 10 iris when it was delivered (I wasn't there to see myself, the recipient said there were about 10). However, she did rave at how beautiful they looked.
