I wasn't able to get through and order on-line. The codes weren't accepted and I was forced to phone the order in. This was a downer. I would have preferred on-line.

Product quit working properly after first use, need to take steps to return product. Still very pleased with Sinclair.

there was a bottle of liquid in my order and it leaked all over everything. you need a better seal on your bottles. nothing was damaged that i know of, but i havent opened any of the discs yet as we left on vacation the day after i received my order. the only real damage was the mess and loosing about a quarter of the liquid. i was satisfied with the... Items were difficult to order, plus adding bonus items. It took over 3 weeks to receive items. During both calls to customer service, agent could not find the order - despite automated call service did.

One of the free items i received didn't play sasisfactorily, seems to have bad spots on the Cd. you can send me a replacement cd, different than the two individual cd's i received in the initial order...

The ad in AARP magazine offered $5 shipping, but when I ordered online I was charged $7.95 - a 40% increse. This is not right!
