I did get what I ordered and paid for, however one of the "free" videos was not included even though the shipment was inspected and passed.

I ordered the 2 speed Hitachi Vibrator. I had owned an Hitachi before which was much more powerful than this one.

Volume I box was crushed and the DVD will not play at all. I went to the web site, but all I could see was how to return the product. I am going to box it up as quickly as I can and get it returned.

The product arrived with a label saying the package was resealed, I received 2 batteries only, I was charged for the shipping and only got credit for the product that I did not receive.
