The customer service was excellent but the product was terrible. I have requested a full refund and returned the product. I will not purchase labels from this company again.
David Bryant is always very helpful. He always keeps me in the loop about what is going on with my order and promptly answers any questions I have. If all of your team is as wonderful as Dave you are ahead of the game....by far. Customer service is really quite poor in general and it's really great to find the exceptions!
Avery stopped making this label, and so I purchased the Stik2it product. The purchase experience was excellent, but the product was of lower quality than I expected (lighter weight).
