Once I ordered and paid for my order, I did not receive any communication until I emailed them asking about the status of my order. That is when I got an email, and tracking info.

One of the boat bumpers I ordered does not hold air. It must have a small leak in it some where. Other than that, no problems. I was super impressed with the fast shipping, will order again!!!!

parts were of good quality and delivery was as i suspected about one week to the west coast.

6 Navigon Freshmaps were listed as available on the website and I ordered 1. The next day they informed me that were no longer available. It is too bad that the website claimed to have them in stock, but, they were quick to let me know and refund my card.

I did not receive and shipping confirmations or tracking numbers until I requested them the second time. This should be SOP on all orders.....

THE TUBE BUSTED AFTER ONE TIME USE. DO NOT TRUST THIS TUBE TO LAST A LONG TIME. WAS TOLD I HAD TO CONTACT SPORTSSTUFF FOR A REPLACEMENT. CALLED AND THEY ARE REPLACING WITH NO PROPLEM, BUT I WOULD HAVE PERFERED A REFUND.

It appears that the propeller housing I purchased will not fit my propeller hub - evidently I will need to order a new hub also.

I'D LIKE TO GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. i DIDN'T KNOW MY ORDER HAD EVEN BEEN RECIEVED UNTILL YOU SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION SAYING IT WOULD BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, 10 DAYS AFTER I'D PLACE THE ORDER.
